At Pink Lion Merch, we want you to love your purchase! Since our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please double-check our size guides before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order at support@pinklionmerch.com with photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size or change of mind (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

  • Customer-provided incorrect shipping details

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

Shipping

All of our products are made-to-order, which means processing times vary. We use different print providers depending on the product. Below are estimated shipping times based on the product you order. These estimates may not take into consideration holiday seasons. Shipping times may also vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or global shipping disruptions.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@pinklionmerch.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Estimated Shipping Times:

*USA Economy: 4-8 business days

*USA Standard: 2-5 business days

*USA Express (Available for limited varients): 2-3 business days

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Canada: 10-30 business days *we do not collect any duty upfront so please assume you will be charged additional cross boarded fees.

We currently do not ship to any other countries outside of Canada and the USA, but we plan to in the future! Stay tuned :)
